I had soup for lunch at a local eatery a few months ago and decided to recreate it at home; with the addition of Eladnelle Saffron. Glad I did, it's delicious and warming in this cold winter weather. Pair it with a home made bread roll straight from the oven, include lashings of butter and it's a meal fit for a King or Queen!
